"I usually shop in Brighton's Florist but today having popped to Hove branch I wasn't impressed with the customer service! Flowers, both potted and cut are always in impeccable conditions and just being there is a lovely experience. Ladies are always lovely informative - but not today. Not sure whether the lady working there is new but gave me an impression of rude and I felt more like a nuisance than a customer!
