"I ordered some flowers and chocolates from them for my mothers birthday. They where very beautiful but sadly the delivery driver left them in the front garden and sadly later on it started to rain. The flowers where "heavily watered" but sadly the chocolates, packaging and note was drenched and ruined. HOWEVER, the lady I spoke to at Ginger Lily was extremely kind and helpful and not only delivered new flowers and chocolates to replace the ruined ones but also upgraded both items to larger flowers and chocolate box. Exceptional service, friendly, kind and the products are beautiful. I would definitely recommend and will definitely buy my flowers here regularly."
