"Quite annoyed by the customer service at the store , particularly at the till, not helpful staff and girls are quite rude. They continue to chat between themselves while serving the customer, which is unprofessional ! Every time I’m in the store there is a confusions with the price - price at the till is different to one at the shelves. The excuse about UK company and therefore prices are displayed in pounds is not satisfactory as we live in Ireland and the currency in this country is EURO. Although it is mix of currencies in the store as some products displayed in correct currency. Thus I believe it is either laziness of a store staff or attention is not paid to the"

"Hope you can appreciate how well made this Nike swimming suit is. It fits quite nicely, true to size (i am an M), fabric is thick, and it holds everything in place for swimming. Not sure yet about the zip so i might just sew it. Super fast delivery from Sport Direct, it arrived 3 days earlier! I am over the moon with my purchase."

"Terrible customer service. Wanted to exchange an item for a smaller size. The new item was discounted in sale and it was clearly marked down on price tag. Counter staff insisted on paging the floor staff to confirm the lower price as it didn't correspond when scanned. I then had to remind him that I was entitled to the difference as I had the original receipt. This inconvenienced him further however I got a credit note ...apparently they don't recredit cards . Won't be back !"

"The customer service is so slow and also so bad. I asked for some specific clothes if they have them and the girl said she couldn't help me she said it should be around here and to look myself. I looked and didn't find it so I looked something different but same size. I couldn't even find one tracksuit on the size I was looking for, there was nothing. The funny thing is that she wasn't busy she was just talking to another colleague. What's the point having staff when they dont help you."

"Really unimpressed. We queued for ten minutes when a lady at the front was complaining to the single woman doing the tills. After five minutes and a very large queue she called for help, several minutes later another lady arrived to slowly help out. We finally got to the checkout and the lady scanned the item we wanted to purchase she informed us of a much higher price to that of the one on the tag. We asked her were they not on sale? To which she abruptly told us "you pay the price on the tag" We then showed her the very large sale price tag on the item and she called over the other lady who said that price is wrong and you pay what it says on the till. So apparently the dozens of the same items and all the items in that area were all wrong! Would not recommend and we won't return."
