"Just called in for a price. Never used this salon before and as I am local I thought I would support a local business considering they have been closed so long. The woman who I spoke too was quite abrupt, stoney faced and from the moment she saw what style I wanted she said "you won't achieve that colour on the box colour you have already on". I mentioned that Hair & Co had done my hair before and had no issue. She glared at me and that was my cue to leave. Rude, unfriendly woman. Completely shot me down as soon as I told her my hair plan. She really doesn't deserve to gain a new client and I think I'll be going back to Hair & Co as the service is amazing and you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Shame on you Gallary Hair & Beauty!! You don't deserve anyones business!!"
