"This visit is the last and I will not be going back to happy nails. As a regular customer since 2020 they have now gone downhill. A few months back the staff completely changed since then my first visit one lady injured me on four of my fingers. I was bleeding from my cuticles and my thumb as they curved under my nail. I pointed this out to them and they didn’t bother cleaning it. I flinched and she grabbed my hand back into position. They used the same utensils with blood on a different customer. My cuticles were sore for a few days following this. My second visit was better and I vowed not to use the original staff but this last visit was the final straw. My cuticle is currently open and raw. Again two cuticles bleeding and did not change the utensils. The gentleman had blood on his glove and went and served someone else with said gloves. Again no care to clean up and I asked to wash my hands but this would affect the polish and they said later. It’s really unsanitary and in the three years I’ve never been hurt until now. They simply do not care. It is a shame as I have been a loyal customer but I won’t be subjected to such a service"

"In my opinion this place is not good. They ruined my daughters nails and refused to refund or repair. They became aggressive when asking them to rectify their mistakes. Not a good place and will never ever go back. Reported to trading standards"

"Staff were lovely and nails amazing - absolutely love this nail shop !!! Couldn’t recommend any more. Feel absolutely distraught that people have been treating the staff in here horribly."
