"If you rent your property through them and require the full service be aware that their cleaning charges are extremely high and as we live abroad we felt entirely at their mercy. When my mother in law visited at one point, the place was in a state when the cleaners were meant to have been. They came to us with complaints from tenants like there was no coffee table (there were side tables) and the rug was warn (it was a brand new ‘distressed style’ rug), things that they really didn’t need to bother us with. We ended up at a loss renting through them."
