"I found them to be unreliable. I made arrangements with Marcus to call round to take measurements on Friday 6 Jan. Marcus said he would call when he was on his way. I waited in all day for him. At 4.38pm that day, he messaged me, simply saying ‘Can I call in to measure tomorrow morning about 9.30’ It’s really frustrating to be let down like this. Even worse that there wasn’t even an apology. Not only is this unprofessional, it’s rude."
