"I have used this store on a number of occasions whilst renovating a house. They have always been knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful. I have usually found stocks to be good, if not they can usually get stuff from elsewhere. On the odd occasion they cannot supply the required goods they are helpful with suggestions as to where best to go. Really helpful when new to the area. Last week some timber supplied (but not received by me personally) was not up to their usual quality, one phone call at 7.30 in the morning after the bank holiday and they had exchanged the timber before 10.30. I do know wood is a natural material and can vary. It was a bit inconvenient but brilliantly sorted. Thank you. You never really know how good a provider of anything is until you have a problem.
