"Great stock, very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Recommended"
"Old traditional Ironmonger, an Alladins cave of goods, long live the small business. You will be amazed by the stock & knowledge of the guy who runs this gold mine shop."
"Whatever you need, he'll have it tucked away somewhere in his Aladdin's cave! Don't see it? Just ask!"
"Hard to take in the variety of useful gear in tiny shop...Aladdins....? Dave is top man and knows where everything is. I don't look at prices much so not going to say, but if I get what I am looking for, it'll do. Not much fun spending half a day at Homebase."
"One of those long-standing independent hardware stores that are so much better for getting advice than the megastores of Homebase, B&Q etc. Lot's of interesting bits crammed all into a tiny shop but the shopkeeper will point out where the things you need are. I went in to get a special type of washer. He had it in stock but charged me £1 which I feel is a bit overpriced for a bit of metal, still, better than having to pay £3 for a whole bag of them that I didn't need. Warning, the shop closes for lunch everyday between 1-2pm"
