"Never known a more unprofessional dental practice around. They were my dentist for many years until the pandemic hit and I got struck off so I’ve not been able to find a dentist since. After spending 4 hours on the phone (spread over 2 days as they never rang me back) to get an emergency dentist Milehouse fitted me in as a “favour”. Oh they certainly let you know it’s a favour as well. I spent more time filling my medical form out than I did sat in the chair.. Told the dentist (Sash/Sesh) I had 2 broken teeth causing issues. He only looked at one tooth and made no attempt to look at the other. He sorted the one and then told me to chew on the other side of my mouth for the rest of the day even though I said I cannot as my other broken tooth is falling apart? Oh, you’ll have to eat soft food then won’t you.. Was the remark he gave me and sent me on my way. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s his home time and I was getting in the way of that but from the moment I arrived he had a problem in seeing me due to being 5 minutes late.. It’s okay for me to spend 4 hours on the phone trying to get an appointment and to suffer on the other side of my face though isn’t it? There’s having pride in your job and there’s just being lazy and believe me I didn’t see an ounce of pride nor care in this dentist or whole practice for that matter. Now I pay my way for all medical needs as well as a rather high NI payment per month and I’m not arguing this but I’ve seen a common theme in trying to get a dentist.. They have more than enough space to go private even in NHS practices but will not under any circumstances take on NHS patients? Now I’m more than happy to privatise the NHS but take off those monthly NI payments and swap it for a monthly insurance payment. You can’t have it both ways."

"I can’t fault this dentist surgery, always friendly and reliable. I rang for an emergency appointment a few years ago and was dealt with the same day. Again today I’ve rang needing antibiotics for an infection whilst suffering with covid. All been dealt with within a couple of hours and have a follow up appointment booked in within the next week. Fantastic service!"

"My husband really liked his dentist at this practice and has been a loyal, reliable patient for many years. However, due to an unforseen personal circumstance he was unable to attend one appointment and due to the nature of this circumstance he forgot to cancel his appointment. The practice struck him off and despite many letters of appeal the practice manager never responded to any of his letters. Very unprofessional and disappointing."
