"I was asked to remove my review of this practice by the practice. I have now updated my review. I will state that after issues, which included them carrying out scans and report while suggesting they had no referral (unsure how they knew what to look for without a referral) poor communication and delay in dealing with our complaint. We had to get the scans redone at an alternative practice, which delayed treatment and has put us out of pocket. They finally sent scan through to compliment a basic report. We are still unsure if these were carried out as required. As first time customers we will not return."
