You have to constantly remind them that you're waiting on a price for something and they just never ever get the information that you've requested. I've been ready to place an order for over a week but I'm just waiting on a price for 1 item and they haven't bothered to get back to me so I've gone elsewhere. Considering the prices are usually more than smaller merchants, the customer service is nowhere near what it should be."
