They have taken £470 off me, delivered the complete wrong thing that is useless, they have apologised and agreed to rectify the mistake but now that last two ‘correct projects’ have supposedly been lost in delivery? "This is my second order from One Stop DIY, and like last time, the materials arrived in a timely fashion, all MDF parts neatly cut to size so I could get on with assembling. I used their CNC services to cut special handles for the doors and drawers of the wardrobe, and that was also done beautifully. One of the doors had a defect on it, but Andrew quickly shipped a new one. Two days after notifying him of the problem, the fixed part was at my front door. Lovely chaps, highly recommend ordering from them."
