"Although staff were pleasant a kitchen l had fitted from there 8-10 year ago is failing. There are no replacement doors available now on a product l expected to last at least 25 years. Very disappointing."
"Rang store to enquire about pricing and was advised I would need to open an account first. I asked how to do this and was told I needed to visit branch. I requested if an account form could be emailed and was told this had to be completed in person. Drove to store and when I got there was told I needed ID and Proof of Address (which I did not have) and was advised to return home. Rang head office to complain and have still not had a response. Welcome new customer NOT! Although I understand the requirement to deterime trade, surely common sense should prevail, not to mention spreading COVID and the enviornmental impact. Surely Howdens have a duty of care to keep the customers and staff safe as possible Good luck with your secret squirrel pricing Howdens. Guess I will spend my £50k elsewhere lol."
