"Travelled to the Northampton shop because this was the nearest to me that stocked what I need. Got there at 3pm to find out they had decided to shut up shop for the afternoon. Offhand and unhelpful, were not even interested in helping."
"I'll give them 2 stars because of price, but you get what you pay for! I did an online order where I was told I would get a phone call from branch, no phone call after a week so call in to contact center and was given branch details. WELL... phoneline was constantly busy so sent an email, after no reply to email spent the next two days trying to call in, when I got through was told my order was just sat there waiting to be delivered and they could do it in two days time PM! BUT at 4pm delivery day, i call in, takes 5 min for someone to pick up, to be told, "I was not in" rubish as I had spent the whole day in, but they would send my order out next morning. Midday on delivery day 2 I call as no order, to be told it was sat waiting at the depo, they would send it out PM. Eventuly I did get it I was last drop! I am posting this review on the Northampton page becuse my dealing with the website & call center were good, but dealings with Northampton branch were beond poor! You get what you pay for but its not worth it in this case."
"Hard to deal with as they rarely answer the phone and don't action emails. Closing at 4.30 isn't very useful either. (According to the Eurocell website they are the winner of an NFA award for best trade counter but there were only 2 other competitors in the category.) Come on Eurocell, you have a good product and website, now sort out your trade counters and customer service."
