"The worst medical centre, nobody doesn’t pick up a phone, receptionist is always in bad mood and they charging 60€ for that. Last time I visit my GP because of the blood test results and GP told me that my blood test is perfect even wasn’t, my Liver showed that is damaged and all types of cholesterol were high and there was note that I need take therapy."
"I wanted initially to give 3 stars because the GPs there are helpful and kind. However based on today's experience I would give negative 3 stars so they add up to zero stars, so consider this extra star a generosity on my part! My wife for some reason have to go to only this clinic which is weird, by the standards of others countries I've lived in, that you don't have much of choice on your health matters. I mean, if they would like to offer bad service I would simply take my business elsewhere and spare them this review. So maybe that is why the atmosphere of non helpful attitude is so prevalent there, because they think there are no consequences. Reading through the previous reviews it seems it's not just a trend but a mere fact that they don't respect the time and effort of their patients. I actually just read a very identical experience for what my wife have endured today where she got 4 appointments in a row where every time either she was told it's a mistake or a sudden requirement materialized from thin air that for some no good reason will impede this appointment from proceeding! And when I wondered why no one ever mentioned this new requirement at the previous appointments or over phone, I was told, with no apology whatsoever, we are busy! Well, I'm busy too, actually very busy! And I can't simply keep scheduling appointments without clear instruction and expected outcome, otherwise they would be expecting that they are dealing with fools! I would take it out on their incompetent, rude and unhelpful receptionists. But I would rather question the wisdom of their management to keep such an institution in such an absurd condition regardless of all the negative feedback they are getting, here and elsewhere. So it appears to me that this negative attitude is a direct result of being the punching bag of patients frustrated by archaic, ineffective and inefficient roles, procedures and polices that were put in place by the very same management. So I'm wondering now if their management are either ignorant or arrogant, as either way they are not worthy of their positions and should be replaced soon!"
"Worst receptionist both the young checky girl and old blonde one. They should not be working there so rude I have never meet people as bad as them In my life. Absolutely disgusting and if you have have an appointment your still left sitting there over two hours. No empathy for your child with special needs absolutely shocking. My doctor is a lovely man James ó neill sorry more can't be said for the other lot."
"Horrible horrible receptionist - especially one of them! She has no understanding of patients and can only cite rules and costs without asking any questions and her automatic response is always: the doctor is not available. She should really not be working there - luckily there are other receptionist who usually takes over and then there is all of a sudden a doctor available. The doctors examinations are usually very quick and perhaps not as thorough! I only go here because it is 2 min away from my house!"
"I had registered as a temporary patient here just a fee days before I was taken ill. On both occasions I was seen by Dr O'Tighearnaigh and I have to say, I could not have been looked after any better by him. On the second visit, even though he had finished his shift and was about to leave he stayed on for about an hour to treat me and only left once he knew I was well on my way to recovering. He was so kind, professional and reassuring I felt in safe hands. I have to say though, one of the receptionists did seem very cold and money orientated and had a, "I couldn't care less if you are in great pain" attitude! Where as the other receptionist was the complete opposite, being caring and showing real kindness and consideration. So, the 5*'s are for Dr O'Tighearnaigh and the lovely receptionist, thank you both so much for making such a horrible time much more bearable. Maybe some of your niceness might rub off on the other receptionist!"
