Reviews
"I highly recommend the Gript media parent interview on this organisation. I'm not a right winger or a conspiracy theorist but what CAMHS do to isolate parents from their Autistic kids who have been brainwashed by "trans" social media influencers is shocking and disturbing. Some of the staff even have their "pronouns" on their email signatures which is beyond ridiculous. The stances they've taken on a currently debated and undecided topic such as Transgenderism being a real thing is not right and they should not be allowed to practice this way."
"My daughter has high complex needs . I find our team in Camhs absolutely wonderful..They continue to support our family and our needs with our daughter to a high standard. I personally am truly grateful for the work they do. Cliona."
"Asked me if having depression was cool after being referred for self injuries and were a very unprofessional team, was referred 5 times and never got the help I needed. Last time they just gave me a prescription of melatonin that didn’t help at all. Would give 0 stars if possible"
"My daughter attended camhs for an eating disorder a couple of years ago. Some good staff. Cahms may help some people but in my daughters situation it seemed to be doing more damage than good. Thankfully I had training and took my daughter some place more suitable. We had a bad experience with one member of staff she was very clinical and cold not really what our young people need. Such a shame for young vulnerable people."
"Absolutely useless in our case. Highly ineffective 'service'. Would leave 0 stars if possible for the YEARS of not being listened to, and for the consequence of harm that arose."
