"Well the support staff in this place doesn't have any sense of customer service at all. Will never update you for your test results or call you for samples or talk to you politely for that matter. Its always a bad experience dealing with them. Would have gone to anywhere else had our GP not working there. Unfortunate that we have to deal with this staff who is not bothered about the wellbeing of their patients."
"Receptionist (Jessica) is just unpleasant, rude and uncooperative not helpful at all deal few time always rude on call. Clinic should hire someone better who can do the job properly. We are changing the gp soon."
"Dr Jackson is very understanding and professional i highly recommend him. He has always dealt with my illness in a professional manner. I highly respect this. Dr Rosin is amazing. Lovely woman to talk to and cares about her patients. Im also glad there is a lady doctor now dealing with feminine issues :) Dr memon is also very nice. You just have to get to know his ways. He only deals with one problem at a time. He has treated my son with care each time and im grateful to him for that. I really like this clinic and id recommend it highly for the doctors."
