"Been going here all my life but the way i have been treated the past week is DISGUSTING. Called up last week looking for an appointment and word for word, the receptionist said " I don't know if you heard but there's this respiratory illness going around so we only accept appointments for patients on the day" ummm.. do u mean COVID? "yes well done" -_- So i called today at 9:04am (they open at 9am) to get an urgent appointment and the earliest they had was 3:30... Don't know how that works exactly but okay. Had appointment there as i have a horrible chest infection after having COVID in December. I got Bell's Palsy yesterday morning and have been in agony the past week with this new infection. Been trying everything i can at home but i am unable to fight this off. Really needed to be listened to and treated today but was fobbed off and without even a proper physical exam given. I am officially done with this clinic and know i deserve better care than this..."

"Agree with other reviews here. Dr is unhelpful and receptionists are unwelcoming and dismissive. Absolutely unhelpful all around, you'd be better off with Google as your physician. I was with this clinic since birth, after over 20 years I've left after multiple incorrect diagnoses, mainly from Dr Roberts. Second opinions, at home or abroad always lead to a more compassionate and as it happened, helpful diagnosis. Prices keep going up and patient experience keeps going down, sad!"

"Absolutely unacceptable receptionists! I don't know where they hired them but they cannot have even basic education here. They are rude with no compassion towards 70 years old elderly people! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC - they are doing mistakes in medications! It wasn't only once when they forgot to print full prescription of all medications prescribed by hospital after heart condition! They missed the second page so my mother would not get medications which are dependent on each other. You cannot trust them!!! After impossible communication with rude, unhelpful and dismissive receptionist I requested manager to call me back and it never happened. This clinic should be closed or inspection is very needed here! I hope someone competent read this because they cannot treat ill people like this. I had to give 1 star to be able to post this but I would give 5 negative stars in reality!"

"The nurses and doctors (even I see each time diferent Doctor)but they are nice, busy but nice and visits could be a bit rushed. But..but ..but "Receptionists" are very obnoxious and very rude and very dismissal. I think they do on purpose ..Girls Im paying for the visit remember! and judging by the other reviews, I m not the only one than thinks the same. as some said politeness goes a long way."
