Reviews
"This is an account of the experience endured meeting the staff for the first and last time. I was chronically short of breath so I couldn't chat very much. I wasn't greeted with as much as a grunt before being told to speak up so not a pleasing experience at all. They wanted me to wait and fill out forms instead of getting emergency care which I needed. I wasn't going to post this at all but my partner who visits this clinic monthly gives me the same account; "the staff are not welcoming at all, no good morning, or hi which makes all the difference in the world, a nod followed by exasperation of duty as a receptionist, was more the case. The aim of the clinic is noted however misses their target by a good 20 years. Caring and friendly is locals walking down the village greeting each other exchanging pleasantries, the pairing of nodding then and a "why am I here" expression leaves this clinic lucky to get any stars."
"Really slow to get response and never send out prescriptions for medicine I depend on."
"Have been waiting for results and a follow up call for weeks…. Still in pain"
"Poor service, doesn’t answer calls, but they overbooked, so who cares…"
"Booked a phone consultation, had to call them after an hour waiting for the call, poor service."
