"Just to be clear I have not used these services. This review is just to reflect my experience trying to sign up for the services. There is a huge waiting list and their website makes no mention of this. The waiting list I was told was 6 months. I understand high demand and we were ok with waiting but would have been helpful to have this in their website before applying. I also found the receptionist to be quite unwelcoming and not helpful. Her mannerisms and tone could have been better. The one positive thing I can say is the application was straight forward and easy. And I was contacted relatively quickly."
