"Coombe’s idea of a healthy meal for a woman who has just given birth to a baby is sliced cheese and white bread. They make a heavily pregnant woman who is in a lot of pain wait outside on a chair for nearly 2 hours before a nurse can see her. For their services - 1. I found the staff very rude and in our case very incompetent. Just a bunch of angry midwives with a constant frown on their face treating pregnant women like machines to work on. 2. Very poor public facilities 3. Awfully small public wards where you will barely be able to get any help from the staff. I would not recommend their services to anybody who cares about their unborn child"
"This place is a shambles. Never once have I been seen on time for an appointment. I’ve never had a wait time under 2hrs. It makes no difference being semi private as wait times are the same. The doctors are trying to make me have a natural birth despite me being diagnosed with a nerve condition in this same hospital where it’s advised c-section is safer. No apology about the delay, leaving heavily pregnant women sitting in waiting areas on their own for hours at a time. Place is a joke."
"Even if you go semi-private, most of the time, despite the appointment time, you may end up waiting an extra 1-2h on top, so it's best to factor that in. For the delivery, the doctor and the midwives were great. The staff are friendly and caring. I definitely preferred this hospital to Rotunda. At the moment, they still have COVID rules, so you have to wear a mask and you need to do a COVID test during your exam when in labour."
"best women's hospital in Dublin. Drs are very good, nurses are very patient and polite. ma experience with candidate advanced nurse practitioner Ms. Rachel Cornmark is very good. she listens carefully n sorts all the queries. explains the complete procedure. the person who takes the blood sample is also very good and efficient. though the wait time for an appointment is a bit long its obvious as hospitals are very busy highly recommended"
