"I was a patient in the Endoscopy Unit today, I just wanted to say starting from the consultant Dr. Danny Cheriyan was unbelievably kind and reassuring to me .I also wanted to highlight the kindness and efficiency of the Endoscopy nursing staff from Fidelma ,Nuala and Linda and especially Blessy and Vanessa in the procedure room , keeping me calm and reassured at all times. Vanessa voice was so soothing throughout the procedure. An all round pleasant experience.Also a note of thanks to Amy in the Admissions and Shauna in the Kitchen for all her care also"
