"Great clinic and staff. Both admin staff and radiographers were brilliant. Got MRI in 3 days after requesting to be put on cancellation list, original time was 4 weeks. Would recommend if you need a scan. Great experience from start to finish."
"Very modern place and the medical staff were nice but they were so difficult to deal with on the administrative side - for example, they made an appointment for me but never sent me the time/date. Only for I proactively chased them I would have missed it. Would recommend avoiding."
"Extremely poor experience, culminating in I believe a manager refusing to give me my own scan results, this is AFTER proving that my GP had received it first. They have a rule where you cannot get you results unless your doctor does first, which is what happened. This person asked me for the phone number of my doctor. About two hours later, after not hearing back, I called my doctor, who said that someone did call, was really rude and they told them they had received the results. They were supposed to call me back after doing so to tell me that i could then collect my scan results and never called back. Unbelievable withholding MY medical information and being rude about it. Do not go here if you have a choice. Even the treatment I received after the injury happened was poor and rushed."
"It's impossible to get normal communication with them, they booked appointment without contact me?! How I suppose to know?! Their answer is we left you voice mail?! I never used voice mail in my life I comunicate via email or wapp like 99% of normal working people! Also it's never within one week period, I don't know will I be able to attend in a month or longer, because of the job, obligations and If postponed than wait again for months. Actually in all this time of waiting I think I heal I don't feel pain anymore. If I knew that before I would book a plane,fly to my home country, get highest quality medical treatment inside 24h period and still save money instead I lost 10 months on my life! There is good reason why medical tourism is getting bigger and bigger. They acting like we are Gods you need us, no I don't all I need is a little bit of cash. Waiting for service is not service!"
"I couldn't recommend Alliance Medical Cherrywood any higher. My son needed an MRI, and the appointment was arranged promptly with results very quickly. Sarah in reception was extremely helpful and friendly, indeed any staff that we came into contact with were incredibly professional and amiable. We felt very well looked after right the way through."
