"Completely useless, They changed the date of my wife's appointment but didn't tell us, drove all the way from other side of Dereham to get there and they offered no apology. When we asked for a time on the new date they said we would get a phone on the morning of the new date, we said we had childcare issues so we would need to plan in advance. They just shrugged and said well we could ring the day before. Will not be using again and would not advise any one using them either. If they can't even sort out a simple appointment how can they organise people's medication."
