"Most unreliable pharmacy never get medication in time sometimes have to wait for 2 weeks before they get them"
"This is by far the worst pharmacy around. My husband has in the past been told he's dead, told he hasn't had a notification of his meds even though he's shown them the text telling him its ready, been told nothing is in the system for him even though the doctors have confirmed his prescription has been sent through - and told there is nothing they can do to help him. Shrugged shoulders and unhelpful. Every time he comes across people who've been in several times to be told they don't have their prescription so are changing to another pharmacy or having their prescriptions delivered from online companies."
"Visited for the first (and it will be the last) time yesterday. All I wanted was a tube of non-prescription skin cream. Having waited for ten minutes without so much as an acknowledgement of my existence, while the ladies in the back enjoyed a scintillating gossip, I decided to leave before I got so old that my driving licence expired. I understand that they do have other work to do, but surely they could have spared a few seconds from their conversation to at least ask what my business was? No matter - my business is something they won't be bothered with again."
"Friendly and helpful staff. Waiting times can be a bother, but it's only a small pharmacy with 2 or 3 people working there at a time; it can't be helped, IMO. Larger stores can have more people working, which means less time waiting and more time manning the phones (which were the complaints mentioned in the other reviews; they don't seem to understand that any inconvenience caused due to it's size is overridden by the convenience of having a pharmacy at all in such a small village, in the first place)."
