"This review is just about the Acle branch. I've been using this for many years, including when it was under Co-Op ownership. I've had terrible service from them recently and now decided to make other arrangements, which is inconvenient because it's a 10 minute walk from my house. I do understand Covid has put them under pressure, but so it has to thousands of other businesses, who still maintain at least a helpful attitude, even if they can't give their normal levels of service. When it reaches the point where they'd rather argue with me over the phone for longer than it takes to actually do their job, a line has to be drawn."
