"We stayed at the Sanctuary, Potter Heigham. A lovely comfy, roomy cottage with bags of character and the broad literally on our doorstep. One small niggle stopped this being 5 star. We arrived on a wet, rainy night and had a bit of a walk - which was no problem. However we had been told a trolley would be available to transport luggage so went to fetch it. Unfortunately it was locked up in the boathouse with a load of stuff in it so we had to make several journeys back and forth. Other than that, perfect."
