"For a shop that relys on charity, it isn't very charitable, Manager is very condescending and rude."
"Rude obnoxious manager ,i shall not be donating or purchasing from this shop ever again i was a dedicated buyer and supported the cause but will not be spoken to like that again ,please could you train your managers to respect, and respond in an appropriate maner disgraceful challenging behaviour"
"Its an ok charity shop, you can find some bargains. It used to have a really good sale section at the back but they've got rid of it now. No more £1 pants :( To be fair they do need to make money its literally their job BUT they need to be careful they're becoming like Dougie Macs creeping up in prices :("
"Myself and my daughter visited the store in Stoke on Trent on Tuesday 25th May as we do every week there was a scrap van over the customer carpark so my daughter parked in what was a parking space at the side of the the store due to me being disabled we bought several items as we stood by the till we were approached by a extremely rude woman who spoke to us as if we were something out of the gutter she was not interested in any explanation I assume she was the management she stated that the parking spaces were for staff only she then walked to the back of the shop and carried on talking about us. She was very intrusive my daughter apologized and she just looked my daughter up and down I assume it was because she is a white Muslim also she approached my son in law who is Asian and was rather rude to him also I would like for this to be looked into"
"Big shop with a wide variety of stuff. Not crowded either."
