"Ordered a baby gate - out of stock, so had it same day delivery. Driver called to say he was 30mins away. Over an hour later got a text saying they can't deliver the package, and that I need to call them. Is customer service still a thing, or should I be expected to waste my time and then go out of my way to fix something that I'm not paying for to be my problem? Why should I be the one that has to organise with you a delivery, when I have just wasted 3 hours waiting for you? If you can't meet your own standards, don't lie to your customers by saying you can."
