"If I could I would give this place a 0 stars I am absolutely disgusted by the staff there (not all of them) however three staff members practically kicked me and my friend out even though we did nothing wrong, I’m only to assume it’s because we are teenagers which is absurd that you can judge someone based on their age, all we were doing was looking around and buying some sweets but we still got picked out? If an adult was looking around would this happen? No, I don’t think I will come back again and let my mother buy stuff from their for me since this “public store” clearly isn’t for everyone."

"Bright and spacious store, well laid out with a wide range of items available at their lovely low prices. Has a well stocked gardening department too. Only drawback is the choice of music played by the decorating area, incredibly depressive to the point of making you want to leave your trolley and exit the store quickly, never to return.... Lovely staff, extremely helpful, so overall, apart from the music, a very pleasant shopping experience."

"Popped into my local B&M on Sunday for a few bits and pieces. Totally horrified to see that the three aisles nearest to the tills were stuffed to capacity with Christmas tatt. It's bloody September! Very poor indeed. It affected my mental health and completely ruined the Queens funeral for me. Very poor indeed B&M managerial staff."

"As this is a brand new store, inside and out look amazing, very clean and easy to shop with some lovely displays and products that are very low in price. Having an upstairs area adds to the quantity of items available and it’s well worth a visit."
