"Visited because I'm heavily pregnant & wanted to discuss what I can take to calm my nerves ahead of my first birth, what will be useful to help induce labour & also recover from the birth. The ladies in the shop were very knowledgable & helpful, they made me feel completely at ease & were very friendly, happily sharing their birth experiences & maternal knowledge. I left with a big smile on my face! This type of wonderful shop is so rare these days, well stocked but also with such lovely staff. It truly is a gem of a find full of good things tea, herbs, vitamins, dried fruit & nuts and even gorgeous handmade soaps (I bought a few as Christmas gifts). Having moved to Shropshire from London I was sad to say goodbye to whole food shops I had on my doorstep so I'm glad I've found this one in Market Drayton. So glad I popped in & no doubt will be back again soon! Thanks so much"
"I sent my husband in to look for turmeric tablets that contain curcumin. He was sent out with a bag of cumin. I ordered the tablets from Amazon in the end. A week or so later I went looking for apple cider vinegar tablets which I was told were out of stock but would be in the next day, I also was recommended milk thistle and artichoke for when my current supply ran out. Husband went to see if they were available today and was just told to go to boots, before he'd even finished enquiring! I prefer to spend my money supporting local business, but I'm afraid I'm this case I'll be taking my business elsewhere again, and won't bother returning."
"A wonderful shop thats packed to the roof with everything from herbs (dried and fresh), spices, gluten free, nuts, pulses vegan food ......basically everything you need but cant get anywhere else. It is wonderful to be able to buy the quantity you need rather than a prepacked jar of herbs or spices from the supermarkets with half if not more going spare....waste. I have yet to visit and not come out with what I went in for!! They are always so very helpful, not to mention knowledgeable on everything they sell."
