"Booked a taxi, was told 5 minutes. We waited 20 minutes and no taxi. In the meantime there was a car that had pulled up that was a taxi and so my partner went to ask if that was our taxi and he was completely ignored by the man who had the window open and could definitely hear him. Another 10 minutes passed and I went to the same taxi to see if I could get a response from him where I was completely ignored too. A little after that (after giving up) I had a phone call saying that the taxi was there. It WAS the man who we were ignored by twice. We had waited all that time in the cold for the taxi to be there all long. It’s just he was on the phone and decided to ignore us as he was too busy talking with friends on the phone. Would not recommend."

The driver was a kind and friendly guy, even at 64 years old he helped me carry my furniture to my door. Can’t fault the service at all. Highly recommend"
