No one called me to update me the taxi would be late and I couldn’t get through to them to chase. V poor service. Ended up getting a different taxi and received a call once home telling me my taxi had arrived. Over promised. Under delivered. Sticking with Uber."
"Pre booked a taxi over a week ago and double checked it was still booked in the day before and it was. On the night we waited at the pick up point, they didn’t answer the phone and when we eventually got through to them they said they couldn’t see the booking and that someone has probably took our taxi even though we gave them the post code and name. We was left stranded for over an hour until we found another very helpful taxi company with much better customer service."
