"After using his service years ago (price was good, but he spent the entire journey moaning about life - not what you want when you're off on holiday), he then kept sending me marketing emails. I asked him twice to stop, but the emails continued, so I pointed out that he's not supposed to do that and again asked him to stop emailing me. Instead of just removing me from his database, he sent a rude and insulting email back, and told me he doesn't know how to use email properly! Very unprofessional. Pay an extra few quid and use a reputable company."

The car was very clean and well presented and the payment process at the end of my journey was a doddle.
