"Saturday the 4th feb around between 5 / 5.30pm I was in this store. I wasn't doing a shop. I just popped in for the 5 for 5€ deal they have on this weekend. Picked my 5 items, went to the self service check outs. The price wasn't right, a small blonde woman who was staff was standing in the area I asked her for some help. Well, I got an eye roll. She shouted for someone to check out the items were correct it turned out they weren't correct, another eye roll and a rude look i got from this woman... so she returns doesnt look at me at all and shouts someone put boxes of the wrong choc bars in the 5 for 5 area. That's basically long story short. My complaint isn't that wrong items, my complaint is the manner of these 2 tesco staff members. Both blonde older women one small other larger... ill be going in tomorrow to make a complaint in person."
"New opening hours are a joke! They used to close at 12AM, then 10PM, now 8, 6PM. How much does it cost to pay your staff for a few hours and keep the place open so people don't have to rush after work to get groceries? Here's a cost cutting idea, why don't you just close and stay closed?"
"It's a great supermarket but half and hour before closed it's crazy all the staff run and forget their role. Shout and run it's like a zombie film. I don't know what happened to them. Bad experience"
"No staff on the tills in tesco. Queues for self service are then miles long as there's no staff on ordinary tills. Puts me off shopping here. Worst of all you're not allowed bring a trolley through self service tills so you then join the queue for the ONE till that is opened (two tills, if you're lucky) and stand there waiting at least twenty minutes before you can attempt to put your shopping on the conveyer belt. Nighymare of a shop, its too stressful and time consuming to shop here. Every week this store is the same. I dread to think what Christmas week will be like."
"I was using the self checkout today and the staff took a rope basket and a lunch box from my penneys shopping bag when I was paying…She was super excited and showed it to her colleague and asked where I got it. I said Penneys but felt so uncomfortable when a tesco staff took my personal things from my my personal shopping bag. Thanks for saying it’s a lovely basket but you can’t take it from my bag without asking me first! It’s a lack of respect and proper training."
