"Good prices but not very clear. The deals not includes some “salads” they tell you after they make your sandwich. They sell cold eggs as price of salad if u buy a bow but in the chicken fillet roll it’s not a salad. I try to talk to the guy explaining I used to work in deli he said here it’s not there."

"Absolutely shocking, my partner was waiting to be served in the deli que, while waiting he was skipped in line by another man who proceeded to order. My partner told the man that he was next which resulted in this man's two other friends approaching my partner yelling that they could take this problem outside. This back and forward went on while my partner proceeded to the till's ALL HERD AND WITNESSED BY MULTIPLE STAFF. One of the men who was threatening, went outside the shop entrance while the other two remained in the shop. While my partner was at the till he asked the staff what was going on and if the Garda needed to be called as the situation was escalating. The staff simply snobbed it off and said they didn't see anything (even though the back and forward was still happening while my partner was at the till with a worker right in front of him) While my partner walked out the man waiting approached him while he exited making contact as he walked out. The other two men were still in the que by the time my partner made it out and away. This shop simply dose not care about it's customer service or it's customers safety, these three men in question were clearly workers from local construction and it's appalling that this store allowed these men to nearly start a brawl in the middle of the shop over my partner simply telling this man he was next in line. If your in the area, your money is better of going to Dunne's or the other londis which is located further down the road."

"Great Londis with all essentials.. Saying that my last 2 experiences have been very poor in relation to customer service.. What happened to ‘Please’ & ‘Thankyou’ ? I as a customer I ask for an item with a please and thankyou, would be nice the staff behind the counter also uses the same etiquette when stating price and I’ve paid .. Message to Management team when hiring staff, instilling Customer Service Etiquette is a must for returning customers .."
