"I've been an loyal customer since the shop started open in this area. Unfortunately today is my last time I've ever been shopping here. This is due to the one if the team member I can only describe how he was look like as I don't know his name. So the man more or less looking as originally from Pakistan told me I'm not welcome in his shop anymore. Just because while wondering which DEO roll to take I took off the cap to check if the smell is nice enough. I finally took it as it was good enough to me. Then the man came and tried to put me on something as feeling guilty for doing something as offence. I've said there is no information as such practice is prohibited and I do not feel as I would have done something wrong. He said he will be glad if I do not come anymore to his shop as I don't know how to shop by his rules. Thank you very much. And not to see you again. There is a Tesco shop in the same area thanks to good."
"Poor for one reason, everytime I go down too lidl in swords, the food is out of date, and the fruit and veg as well, I heard of Red onions, not black onions."
"This shop have often moldy/rotten pieces of fruits/vegetables in packing. Very poorly managed. Good thing is that it have charger for EV cars, even is often occupied with cars, charging much longer than 2 hours. It's again poorly managed that Lidl/EasyGo cannot enforce to keep rule "2hour charging max". And there are same offenders in shopping peak time. The guy plugged car to charger and walk away to city center for whatever business for 3-4hours. As charging required registered account on EasyGo, it shouldn't be too hard to find offenders and send them warning email or such. Edit: one star down because several months ago Lidl removed one of favorite article (Alpenfest Red Fruit Compote) and didn't returned it yet neither offered any similar replacement. 2nd edit: Another star down. I never seen such incredible high amount of rotten fruits and vegetables. And no, I don't need to search for them hardly. They're visible straight away. (Attached pictures). Very poor management in this shop :("
"Very central location, good value for money. But what I really don't like are cashiers, most of them very unfriendly, not good customer service.... Missing tong for bakery products."
