"This was not a good experience. The person who washed my hair didn't know what they were doing at all. Another person took over from this person towards the end (it took about 15 minutes, which is lot more than is required) and they had more of an idea re washing hair. However no conditioner was applied, nor was I asked if I wanted some. This person also started drying my hair and didn't really know what they were doing when it came to this They were joined by a third person who did have more of an idea but this meant that both were drying my hair at the same time, with the result that my head was being pulled by two different people, which gave me a headache. My chair was lowered and raised a number of times too, which was uncomfortable. The quality of the blow dry was different on each side also and today, my hair doesn't look great so overall not good quality. The service wasn't cheap - at €29, I would expect a much more professional experience, with a better result. The least issue for me was the one which they probably worry about more, i.e., the fact that only one person speaks English at a level which is enough to deal with clients. This is manageable but the quality in service simply isn't there due the lack of training of staff. I won't be returning to this salon unless the quality really improves substantially."
"I had the twelve week blow dry with Kellie today and I would highly recommend. The process takes a couple of hours but the time flew by in east banter and a lovely cup of coffee. I’m really happy with the way my hair turned out I will be a repeat customer"
"Stylist didnt speak English so communicated with google translate.should have left as I was already nervous about things not turning out as I wanted. Asked for a trim and long layers. Showed a photo for a colour. More was cut off than I asked and the layers are very uneven. Also got a gloss which is fine but not as cool toned as I asked for. A lot of product was used so my hair went flat straight after blow dry though the initial styling was nice"
"First time here today, staff friendly & welcoming vibes. Curly blow dry done and the attention to detail was the best I’ve had from a hairdresser for just a blow dry! Will be getting my colour here from now on :-)"
