"Not usually one to review negatively. But I went in for a consultation for extensions and colour change. Was given an estimated price of nearly €600, which was expected. I needed a strand test and was told they would call me that evening to know how it went and when I could book an appointment. 5 days later and I still haven’t received a call or any kind of follow up. The salon is cramped and the staff are snobby, will be taking my business elsewhere."
