I felt welcome as soon as i walked through the door, unlike other salons where you feel you are disturbing them or those that simply dont want your business beacause your male ! Highly professional in their approach including sending me a questionaire and requesting a photo regarding my preferred hairstyle. I will return soon for more advice and styling . An update on my above review . Unfortuantly I cannot recommend the hair company any more ! I attended in May 2022 for a pre booked appointment only to be told that the prices had increased over 100 % at one fell swoop, without any notification, phasing in, percentage increase, or any normal manner of increasing prices that you would expect from a business . I was very disappointed as I thought the stylist that attended me was of a very high standard, friendly, listened to what I said about my hairstyle and what I wanted from the appointment . Sadly however I will not be returning as the dramatic price increase was simply unjustifiable . Especially so for what I was getting done a simple shampoo, condition, and styling , and a few loose ends cut off my shoulder length , curly hair ."
