She was very welcoming & polite & was more than willing to give any information needed and to answer any questions I may have for her. Mel was so professional & assured me not to be embarrassed about any aspects of the treatment. She handled everything brilliantly & made sure I knew exactly what was happening before the treatment and throughout! I was super conscious going in for my treatment because of the areas being done and Mel made me feel so comfortable! I have rebooked my next appointment with Mel already.
