"Got a color done and they color had orange streaks in it, i asked for blonde, there were also mesh marks, very noticeable. I did say in the day I want happy and they said come back for a re-do, which I did a few days later the hairdresser said that was what I wanted I said no it wasn't, and there was orange streaks, even my husband said it. She said my husband needed glasses.. Then about the mesh marks said they slipped (a lot) the brown patches were unavoidable. So I left. Rang again and over said he'd give a refund. My daughter Went back for refund and they changed the price, said it was less, also said again it was what I asked for. Then was told that salon was not for her or me. Absolute disgrace"

"My mother and I went to get our hair done there last week and my mum had asked for a full head of highlights. she pointed at the lady next to her to ask for her hair colour, Seline the stylist, said no it wouldn't be maintainable and then did my mum's hair as she claimed "a few shades darker". My mum's hair turned out orange and patchy with mesh falling and stripes randomly placed and not to the root. When we got home I rang the salon and complained to which they said for her to come back in to get it fixed. My mum went back and Seline had said there was nothing wrong with her hair it wasn't orange, she used no copper tones and it's what mum had asked for. When my mum said my dad had said it looked like umpa lumpa hair Seline said that he obviously needs glasses. You can see from the photos attached that it is orange and copper, with badly placed mesh. Highly unprofessional to basically say the client was wrong etc, my mum felt uncomfortable to get her hair fixes with that attitude so I rang and they agreed to give me a refund. I went in today to get the refund to be told that I would be getting €111 out of €284 (payment for both of us) and I said that's wrong as my hair usually with a full head, smart bond, wash and blow dry is €150ish (checked the website and it's €157.50). I was then told that mum had been given a discount as they did scattered highlights ? This is new to is as mum had asked for full head of highlights.... She's been getting blonde highlights since she was 16 and worked on a hair dressers herself so she knows what she is asking for ! I was then told my hair was €166.. which I was never told that the prices went up but apparently with covid prices went up (Not many measures put in place.. a few screens at basins and one at reception that's it.. all the same towels and all reusable so don't know where that extra price is going towards and I had my own mask as did Mum). I then referred to their website for the price of my hair which I got the smart bond, full head and blow dry brought it to €157.50.. then I'm told the website is in the middle of updating. No where on any social media or website do they state price increases due to covid.. (current website prices attached) Anyway so even if my hair was €166 that means my mum's hair was €118.. this was almost argued with reception. I got my refund of €118 and when getting my refund I'm told that maybe the salon isn't for my mum and I.. I'm also told that the stylist never got a complaint before but sure here we are. If I have clients that have a complaint I fix it, no questions asked. I'm quite dissatisfied on how things were handled as I usually love coming here but this has changed my entire experience. Really disappointed and won't be returning."
