"I had my nails done here in a Sat. They lasted less than 24 hours so I returned to the salon to report this and to get them re- done. The manager didn’t apologise , didn’t look at the nails, just told me to sit down and wait for a minimum of 30 mins and the best was - he told me that they were “just normal polish” so why should I expect them to last any longer?!! Unbelievable !! Not planning to make any return visits here any time soon!"

"Unfortunately I won’t be going back again after being a customer for the last couple of years. Service has gotten very poor and pricing has increased. For example this was a finished product of nail & polish after being there for an hour"

"absolutely shocked by the behaviour of the staff here. dont know why there is any point in making a booking. i rang and made a booking for 4 o clock and when i got there they told me i didnt have a booking. they tried to convince me i rang churchtown even though i didnt and to prove it i rang the number i made the booking with which was cabinteely. the staff member then offered to take off half my nails even though i had a booking and then eventually agreed to do it when i asked about availability on sunday. to make matters worse he embarassed me infront of everyone in the shop when i got up to leave by asking was i going to pay even though i know it js free to get acryllic/gel nails off when they were done there. i said this to him and instead of apoligising he said ok just go. i will never step foot inside that salon again and i have been a regular customer. because j booked an appointment and they messed up they tried to embarass me infront of everyone."
