"I would strongly advise NOT going here if you are thinking about getting a tongue tie release and or any other work involved with it. October I booked into see about getting my tongue tie released. Andrew told me I would be best advised to have my palate expanded to make more room before my release as my mouth is quite small. My tongue tie would then be released followed by a brace to straighten my teeth up after the movement from the expansion. After thinking about this for a few days I'd decided to go ahead with his advice, not a decision I made lightly. I got measured up for the expander the 15th of November. I was told the work would start in January. 15th of February I hadn't heard anything from them so I rang to see what the delay was to be told my expander was in customs. 22nd of March and still nothing from them so I rang again to be told it was still in customs. 29th of March I get a call to say it has arrived. I have no doubt if I had not rang them I'd probably never have heard from them and I don't believe it was originally ordered at all. I've decided not to get this work done with Northside Dental and to have it completed in a dental practice I can trust."
