Reviews
"I rarely leave reviews but I think it's important for people to know just how bad this dentist is. I can't believe the place is still open, they must be violating so many codes - hygiene and professionalism being just two of them. I've never seen a dental clinic in such a sad condition - ancient, dirty, torn equipment, flickering lights - like something from a bad dream. I waited for hours because they said they had a computer virus, I should have just left right then. I was then prescribed a mouth guard that nearly destroyed my teeth; when I showed it to another dentist later on, she said she'd never seen anything like it. And a mouth guard is a very simple device, I can't imagine having any more complicated work done there. I could go on but to cut the story short - it was the absolutely worst dental experience in my life and I'm only thankful I didn't have any more work done there. Please, avoid at all cost!"
"I would not even know where to start explaining how bad my experience was with this dentist. I had braces put on and am now on my second set from a different dentist. This place should not be operating. Liam was recently found guilty of misconduct with a paitent. The article is on the irish times website. (Google won't let me link it here). Please look it up."
"Fantastic experience with Liam and all of the staff. I am nearly finished my treatment with Damon braces and am noticing great results after each visit. As someone who would have been quite nervous about going to a dentist, Liam and Suzanna are friendly, caring and create a lovely atmosphere. Arlene on reception is also very helpful and approachable. Can’t wait for final results now, thanks guys!"
"I unfortunately got orthodontic work with Liam. I went to him about teeth grinding and was advised that if I change my bite the teeth grinding would be much better. I agreed and paid for clear aligners. A year later my teeth grinding has not improved and when I said this to him he said he never said changing my bite would help it. I told him he did and he preceded to give out to me that I was wrong. I have never met a ruder man, he is especially horrid to his diligent staff. He is always speaking down and snapping at them. He also rarely changes the invisible retainer and will 'mend' it even when it is cracked in multiple places and discoloured after 3 months of use! You have to ask to get a new one moulded. The other reviewers are correct when they said long waiting times, a minimum of 1 hour at least. I got the first appointment of the day today because I had a meeting to go to and knew I needed to be seen quickly for minimal work (I was finished in 5 minutes). I arrived exactly on time and got told 50 minutes later by him that I was late and that's why he didn't take me on time and took the appointment after me instead that was getting a crown done. I asked his secretary to see if he could accommodate me as I was in a rush (I could wait for up to 35 minutes without an issue) but he ignored it and made me late instead. I wish I never wasted my money on this place!"
"I was considering attending this practice for braces for teeth straightening. Appointment was fine although long wait in an old fashioned waiting area the dentist was nice however he (also his secretary) failed to mention that Dr Liam O Droma is NOT A CERTIFIED ORTHODONTIST. I now understand why he is the cheapest around for braces. Always check with the dental association before allowing a dentist to potentially ruin your teeth."
