"The Phase 1 of this new development has been completed and Phase 2 is in progress. I had visited this new development last weekend and under very strong wind. The outlook of it is neat and nice and I think the inside should be good. It is a good location as the bus stop and train station is nearby. However, there may be a problem of traffic congestion in future as a lot of new developments are undergoing. However, I still think that it is a good place for living and view of the 2nd Phase will be better as those units are facing River Adur. Have a walk there if you are free."
