"The only good thing is the location. There is unmanned service therefore there is no staff at site (-3 scores for that). But their support is quick at some point. We got a broken lock when checked in and it was fixed after reported in an hour. The staffs always called to check wether you alright or not at each step, but I had no signal and WiFi signal in the room. The wrost part is the room. We got the upgraded room with the bath tub. However, it cannot be used as it has the strain that cannot be cleaned easily. - The drainage in the shower was blocked and almost flooded to the bedroom. We had to take a shower with dripping water so not to flood the room. - The room was so dusty, with quite a few moldy patches. - The ventilation was terrible although there're 2 windows. The windows can't be locked to a fixed gap when open (so either close to be able to lock or open to max). As we were placed at the basement, we can't leave the window open as anyone from outside could lift up and widen our window to maximum and easily break in. So we have to keep the windows closed especially at night for safety. - The bed sheet was undone."

"Room was nice had heated floors and was a good size but beds did slide a bit. However I had to call to get in as they don't send the codes at check in which is incredibly annoying also a few times I was woken up by guests being shouting early in the morning"

"Wonderful! Myself and my boyfriend had a wonderful stay. We asked for a room with a bath tub and the property were incredibly accommodating at making it happen for us. The room was spacious and comfortable, there was a large TV and clean, quirky bathroom which we loved. Great view, amazing location very central and just 5 minutes from shops, coffee shops and the water, easy check in and very fresh. Couldn’t have asked for a better time- thank you!!"

"Great little budget hotel reading the review beforehand kind put me off, but when we arrived, it was bit hard work trying to check in as u have to ring up.to get a code. Once in room was ok apart from flash bright pink leds, but after finding a switch, I could be turned off. Great service as I left me key inside the room with no.spare I rang up guest services, which managed to locate the manager to unlock the room with in 10miins. Great location 15 mins walk to the town or the maria at the other end. Great budget hotel of ur just staying over in Brighton and not a fussy person about the room etc."

"Room was very cool and quirky definitely fits the vibe of Brighton but the stay was dreadful. Uncomfortable bed that moves away from the wall when you get into it & sheets that do not fit. No door for the toilet (looks like it was broken off) Amenities supplied are very poor, -No bath matt so you have no choice but to soak the floor. No hand towel. No cutlery for tea station. No hair dryer. No iron. No fan. (The weather we’ve had I would expect there to be one supplied.) No staff on site at all so couldn’t even ask for any of the amenities."
