"Some trivial maintenance issues. But the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Some of the other guests were a tad noisy in the early morning, but that's not something I can blame the hotel for."
"I booked an over night stay which I never got to use as we went into a pandemic, I am still waiting for my money back, every time I ring them they are either rude or put the phone down on me. I had a very valid reason for not turning up to my scheduled stay as the whole country went into an official lockdown. I will never be booking again with such an unprofessional business."
"Positives and not so positives. The Hotels position in relation to Brighton I thought was quite good. Although the hotel looks poor from the outside once inside looks nicer. You can park in the spacious car park but make sure you get a permit or you could be clamped. The night I stayed I didnt sleep much due to a rattling door all night. The water pressure in my room was very low and half the breakfast was burnt."
