Reviews
"One grumpy barman that didn't want to be there, Bar closed towards the end if the Ireland match and didn't reopen for about an hour so we left. The reason was apparently due to fire officer closing them because of overcrowding. So what was the point of the 2 delightful chaps at the front door? Poor organisation on a hugely important matchday due to greed."
"The pub is immense, and they have a great selection of beer! Bar staff was helpful and courteous. I love the frames on the wall and the decor. The only thing that my friends and I didn't enjoy was the cleanliness of the restroom. However, I'd recommend and go back again."
"Best pub in the area in my eyes. The staff is incredibly friendly and seeing the barman serving up many orders in one go is quite impressive. The food is pretty good, special mention to their aioli sauce that comes with the chips. It's absolutely delicious! The tuna focaccia sandwich is a dream and, according to my partner, the Guinness here is a big fat 10/10. Orchard Thieves is pretty decent too (yes, it doesn't taste the same way in every pub)"
"We had such a fantastic experience! Cant speak highly enough of the staff, food and ambience. We booked in upstairs for a 30th on Saturday (22/10/22) for 25 people and the team in the Waterloo were incredibly attentive, welcoming and fun. Will be booking in again for sure and recommending it to others!"
"Very nice place, particularly photos of writers. Had nice lunch there. Staff is friendly and helping, and food is good value for the prize."
